No, it won’t. Upon graduation, you’ll have earned the same degree as SDSU’s on-campus students — a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with an optional Minor in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
Our criminal justice program is 100% online, saving you time and money spent commuting to campus. Courses are 6 to 8 weeks and fully asynchronous, which means you’ll be able to attend class when it fits your busy schedule.
Our degree completion programs are designed for students who have started, but not finished, their four-year undergraduate degree. By using your existing college credit as prerequisites for SDSU’s upper-division courses, you can get a head start on your bachelor’s degree.
Tuition costs vary depending on how many credits you transfer into the program. Courses are $492-$511 per credit.
In addition to traditional criminal justice issues, you’ll also focus on criminal justice from a social justice perspective by studying diverse policy issues such as genocide, institutionalized racism, criminal behavior, organized crime, and environmental destruction.
Our Criminal Justice program is approved for financial aid. In most cases, SDSU Global Campus students are eligible for assistance through FAFSA, Pell Grants, military benefits, SDSU’s scholarships, and other opportunities.
