No, it won’t. Upon graduation, you’ll have earned the same degree as SDSU’s on-campus students — an M.S. in Computer Engineering degree from San Diego State University.

We accept students with a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and other STEM-related fields. With the right preparation, students with undergraduate degrees in areas outside of computer engineering are more than capable of succeeding in our master’s program.

Our online engineering master’s program is 100% online, saving you time and money spent commuting to campus. Courses are fully asynchronous, which means you’ll be able to attend class wherever and whenever it fits your busy schedule.

Tuition costs vary depending on how many courses you’ll need to complete the program. Courses are $911 per credit.
